Bangkok & Hua Hin: Part 2

My favourite day was our third day in Thailand! It was a full day out planned by yours truly. When I was at work and at home in Hong Kong, I researched day and night for interesting places to go to in Hua Hin - and found Santorini Park Cha-am and just a short drive nearby to it, Swiss Sheep Farm. The first was definitely a must-go on my list because I'd missed out on the chance to go to Greece during my graduation trip, and although I stayed in Hotel Limani during my Japan trip last year, Santorini Park sounded like paradise - a whole theme park decorated like Greece? Yes please!

Santorini Park is split into two parts - on land and in water. We didn't go to the water park because my parents are at the age where they no longer have the energy to go on slides nor were they interested. I couldn't go myself (though it would've been lovely to dive into a pool of cool water in the hot afternoon sun), so half of the park it was!

The land section features streets that are decorated just like Greece - which I've never been, so I can't really give an accurate comparison, but most of the reviews by people who have been to the real place say this, so I'll take their word! Santorini Park is a teenage girl's paradise... I couldn't stop requesting my Dad to take pictures of me. If you're going and you're a vain young girl like me, make sure you take at least a novice photographer with you, and I cannot stress this enough, LOL! All the shops are functioning retail shops, just your common brands and some Thai brands. We actually went inside quite a few cos the sun really was on the warpath that day.

After, we went to Swiss Sheep Farm, but that's for the next part of this Thailand series!
