The first picture in this little update features fourteen samples of blood taken from me one morning though. The nurses were in awe that they were successful in getting all my blood at once because it's usually super hard to draw my blood (my circulation is bad). After the ordeal, they even told me that I broke the hospital record for having to draw the biggest amount of blood samples, LOL.
And the second picture shows something that happens to me on a regular basis now so I wasn't actually surprised. I was running to work one morning, and obviously I tripped over my own feet and face-planted on the rough stone ground... on a slope. It was so bad a woman actually came over and asked me if I was okay, because with my previous two times face-planting, everyone just stood there around me, shocked, but you know Hong Kong people - they don't give two shits. Yeah, so that occasion face-planting was particularly bad because they ripped through my favourite thick leggings too and my knees bled like crazy. And it's still not healed properly.
That being said, even though at the time it was painful (and embarrassing, but I'm used to that) as hell, I actually just got up and continued running cos I didn't want to be late for work.
