Oldish in Kwun Tong

I’m sure you’ve all heard of Oldish – y’know, that legendary café in Sheung Wan with its signature vintage car outside that everyone snaps an Instagram picture with? Well, with its popularity skyrocketing through the roof less than a year after its initial opening, Kowlooners will be glad to hear that it has recently opened another branch in Kwun Tong. And here’s the thing – the menu is better, the portions are bigger, and there is no service charge unlike the Sheung Wan café!

Clar, who lives in Lam Tin (which is located next to Kwun Tong), suggested trying the newly opened Oldish out yesterday. I agreed, and the food, service and interiors did not disappoint! With its much larger space and hence a biggest number of seats, it might also be of interest to you that they’re linked to a vintage store selling all sorts of goods as well. :)

Afterwards, we went to some handicraft markets, namely the Little Market held at a nice place to and Market Square.

I took photos with a DSLR for the first time that day for Photojournalism class. I didn't include them in this post, but if you wanna see them (and they won't disappoint, I promise), please check out my two blog posts on my portfolio Wordpress blog! Click here for the pictures of Oldish and here for the pictures of the handicraft markets.
