Anyway, we decided to meet up because we hadn't seen each other for quite a while since Clar went to Cambodia for volunteer work. We went to Aberdeen Street in... well, Aberdeen Street of Central/Soho/Poho for their brunch and giant salads. Prices were over $100 so it isn't a cheap place but well, the food was good I suppose and my salad was honestly giant! Afterwards, we dropped by PMQ then stumbled into Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shoppe, a newish confectionery store that specialises in importing candies and chocolates from the UK. It was heaven LOL I couldn't resist buying a chocolate covered nougat...

Lesbian Lovers at Aberdeen Street
Haha, don't you just love the title of this blog post? I know I do ;) If you don't know what it means, and I'm not sure if I've explained it before on my previous posts, but the basic gist of it is that Clar and I are (not-so-secretly) lesbian lovers... despite us both having long-term boyfriends LOL. It's because we're such good friends, and whenever we hang out one-on-one - or even when we're in a group actually - we just really look like a couple. There's no other way of explaining it. We just really match, and you can even see it in photos. Maybe it's our height? Our clothing styles? Our appearances? That... overall vibe? All I know is that everyone agrees and the public eyes us wearily when we're hanging out and we really don't mind. :P
