Long-Awaited Reunion at IPC Foodlab

I don't even know how long it'd been since I last saw Jungbin. I think it was September 2011, when we just started university. Despite us both studying in Hong Kong for our degrees (she went to HKUST) and keeping in contact through Facebook with frequent mentions of meeting up... well, we never did. And now that we've both graduated and are working full-time jobs, we finally took action and set a date.

Initially, we wanted high tea at Le Salon De Thé de Joël Robuchon but since it was tea, it was set to start at 3PM. So we went the healthy route and had lunch at IPC Foodlab on Caine Road instead - somewhere I'd wanted to try for ages, like before the Caine Road branch was even built and it was only in Fanling. And it was so disappointing. The pasta that Sarah had was okay though, and the portion size was worth its size, but the salad that Jungbin and I ordered was tasteless and tiny. For an eatery that specialises in organic food and salads... whatttt?

Well, it's the company that matters anyway!
